1、改進重慶升降貨梯液壓系統(tǒng)設計，經(jīng)過多次論證，最后采用先進的優(yōu)先閥與負荷傳感全液壓轉向器形式，新系統(tǒng)能夠按照轉向要求，優(yōu)先向其分配流量，無論負載大小、方向盤轉速高低均能保證供油充足，剩余部分可全部供給工作裝置回路使用，從而消除了由于轉向回路供油過多而造成功率損失，提高了系統(tǒng)效率，降低了液壓泵的工作壓力。

2、優(yōu)化重慶升降貨梯動臂油缸和液壓泵造型，降低系統(tǒng)工作壓力。通過優(yōu)化計算，動臂油缸采用標準系列80/4，液壓油泵排量由10ml/r提高為14ml/r，系統(tǒng)調(diào)定壓力為14MPa，滿足了動臂油缸舉升力和速度要求。
